The 532nm fluorescence probe is an instrument that can detect the fluorescence of detected substances by using a continuous laser of 532nm as the excitation light source, and it can be used with a micro spectrometer of the corresponding wavelength to achieve conventional fluorescence detection. This fluorescence probe is suitable for fluorescence detection of a wide range of solid and liquid samples, and its combination of high-performance optics can effectively filter out the excitation light source while enhancing the fluorescence signal. The fluorescence probe has a compact design that connects the spectrometer to the light source via the SMA905 fiber optic interface.
