The 405nm fluorescence probe is an instrument that can detect the fluorescence of the detected substance by using the 405nm continuous laser as the excitation light source, and can achieve conventional fluorescence detection in conjunction with the corresponding wavelength of micro spectrometer. This fluorescence probe is suitable for fluorescence detection of a wide range of solid and liquid samples, and its combination of high-performance optics can effectively filter out the excitation light source while enhancing the fluorescence signal. The fluorescence probe has a compact design that connects the spectrometer to the light source via the SMA905 fiber optic interface.
